For all of you coming here from Afterthoughts..., I decided Afterthoughts... needed to be kept strictly children's books. Thus, an older version of Afterthoughts... was born, known as Afterthoughts for Adults.

Currently, I am the Children's Editorial Intern for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt's children's imprint in Boston, MA, working with the talented editorial group comprised of Margaret Raymo, Kate O'Sullivan, Ann Rider, Erica Zappy, and Christine Krones. Previously, I was the Children's Department Manager at the Odyssey Bookshop in South Hadley, MA. I just got my MFA in Writing for Children from Simmons College held at the Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art.

I read a little bit of everything and go through phases when I read a lot of one thing. I promise not to judge your reading habits if you promise not to judge mine.
